摘要：

类风湿性关节炎(RA)是一类常见的、以四肢关节滑膜炎为特征的慢性自身免疫性疾病。RA是以T淋巴细胞,特别是辅助性T淋巴细胞亚群Th1细胞介导为核心的免疫系统功能紊乱性疾病;B淋巴细胞通过递呈抗原、产生自身抗体和分泌细胞因子也与RA发病密切相关。此外,γδT淋巴细胞、Th17细胞及细胞因子白介素4(IL-4)和IL-10等也在不同程度上影响着疾病的进程。文章就细胞、抗体和细胞因子与RA发病和诊疗的相关性作一综述。
