教育对健康的影响——基于中国1986年义务教育法的实证分析

摘要：

研究目标:分析教育对健康的影响。研究方法:基于两阶段最小二乘(2SLS)框架检验中国教育与国民健康和健康行为之间的因果关系。研究发现:采用中国家庭动态跟踪调查(CFPS)2010年和2012年的微观数据,第一阶段的回归结果表明义务教育法显著地提高了中国居民的平均受教育年限。第二阶段的回归结果表明教育与中国成年男性自报健康之间存在显著因果关系,而且教育水平的提高会显著地降低男性抽烟的概率,教育年限与女性保持正常体型有显著的因果关系。研究创新:利用两阶段最小二乘(2SLS)框架检验分析义务教育法的实施效果并检验教育对健康的因果效应。研究价值:证实了教育对健康的积极效应,特别是教育对当前中国政府提倡的控烟政策有积极意义。
