摘要：

首先分析数字图书馆用户交互的概念等基本问题;然后通过分析交互式信息检索的3个经典模型,将数字图书馆用户交互分为:用户与数字图书馆系统的交互、用户与用户的交互以及用户与环境的交互3种,构建基于用户体验的数字图书馆用户交互模型;最后,提出"模型"应用需要注意的问题:设计用户交互体验评价指标、注意用户交互类型的交叉特征、用户与用户的交互需要注意保护个人隐私、提供分类用户入口以及让系统从"礼貌"到"体贴"等。
