摘要：

<正>呼吸道病毒是指一类能侵犯呼吸道引起呼吸道局部病变或仅以呼吸道为入侵门户,主要引起呼吸道组织器官病变的病毒。呼吸道病毒感染是全球范围内人类发病和死亡的主要原因之一,多数急性呼吸道感染是由病毒引起的。在急性呼吸道感染中,成人病毒阳性率约为61.8%,儿童为46.6%～66.9%[1]。急性下呼吸道感染是儿童住院的主要原因,病毒感染率为32.3%～52.3%[2]。呼吸道病毒主要包
