预测微生物模型的评价方法

摘要
在预测微生物模型构建过程中,模型验证是必不可少的步骤,其可靠性和适用性得到合理评价后才具有应用价值。本文综述预测微生物模型的常用评价方法及对应的参数,着重归纳总结相关评价参数的基本概念及意义,并结合前期工作的论文数据阐述演示各常用评价参数的应用方法及评价依据。
