摘要
<正>肾素血管紧张素系统(renin-angiotensin system,RAS)和激肽释放酶-激肽系统是机体内调控血压稳定的两大体系,它们之间相互对抗,同时又形成多层次的相互作用的网络。在整个血压调控网络中,血管紧张素转换酶(angiotensin-converting enzyme,ACE)及其新近发现的同源酶ACE2是其中的关键作用子。ACE2基因可能通过直接对抗ACE与血管紧张素(angiotensin,Ang)Ⅱ作用,促进Ang(1~7)的生成、改善胰岛素抵抗以及增加一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)释放等多种途径实现其血压调控。本文就ACE2基因的分子生物学基础、ACE2与血压关系、ACE2与血压调控以及ACE2转录调节药与高血压防治等最新研究进展作一综述。
