摘要：

研究目的:综述国内外有关土地细碎化起因及其影响的已有研究成果,为后续研究奠定基础和方向。研究方法:文献研究法和比较研究法。研究结果:在不同国家或地区以及不同时代,土地细碎化产生的原因不尽相同;土地细碎化的影响既有正面的,也有负面的,但整体上看,土地细碎化的负面影响更为突出。研究结论:认清土地细碎化的起因及其带来的影响,对于解决土地细碎化问题、提高国家或地区的农业生产效率起着重要的作用。
