产业协同集聚对区域绿色创新的影响

摘要：

基于2009—2016年中国省级面板数据,实证检验产业协同集聚对区域绿色创新的影响及区域差异。运用考虑非期望产出的SBM模型测算各地区的绿色创新效率以衡量区域绿色创新水平,基于产业协同集聚指数和绿色创新效率两个指标,将30个省份聚类划分为四种发展模式;在控制了地区经济增长水平、外商直接投资、人力资本水平、政府支持力度以及环境规制等变量后,回归结果表明,产业协同集聚显著促进了区域绿色创新的提升;分区域回归结果显示,产业协同集聚对区域绿色创新的影响存在显著的区域差异,产业协同集聚对东部地区绿色创新的影响高于中西部地区;中西部地区需进一步发挥要素投入在产业协同集聚中的作用,激发创新活力,提高区域绿色创新水平。
