摘要：

专利申请行为是企业技术竞争中的重要战略决策,主要受到传统因素、专利制度因素、创新障碍、创新战略、企业战略导向等五个方面因素的影响。围绕着这五个因素对影响企业专利申请行为的因素进行述评,并提出了我国企业如何吸取这些有益研究成果的建议。
