摘要：

<正>糖尿病前期即糖调节受损(IGR),包括空腹血糖调节受损(IFG)和糖耐量减退(IGT),两者可单独或者同时出现。糖尿病前期代表了正常葡萄糖稳态和糖尿病之间的中间代谢状态,是血管病变的独立高危因素。越来越多的研究发现,糖尿病微血管病变已不仅限于糖尿病患者,早在糖尿病前期阶段就可出现轻微的微血管病变,本文旨在对此做一介绍。
