体内羟自由基的检测方法

摘要
在所有的自由基中,·OH的反应活性最强,对机体危害最大。建立可信度高的体内·OH的定量检测方法,对认识自由基损伤的致病机理,筛选抗氧化功能食品,具有重要意义。本文综述了体内·OH的检测方法,包括:芳香族化合物捕获(苯甲酸、苯丙氨酸)-HPLC-ED法,自旋捕集-ESR法等颇具代表性的检测方法,并对这些方法进行了比较。
