常用抗骨质疏松药物对脊柱融合影响的研究进展

<正>骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种以骨量减低、骨微结构破坏为特征,导致骨脆性增加和容易骨折的全身性疾病。脊柱融合内固定是治疗脊柱退变性疾病的金标准[1]。大量临床观察证实腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症以至腰椎退变性侧凸等患者都可能会伴有椎体骨质疏松[2]。骨质疏松症病理状态不利于骨折愈合,椎体疏松也不利于内固定机械稳定的维持,但骨质疏松症并不是脊柱融合术的禁忌证[3]。不同的抗骨质疏松药物对参与骨重建的成骨细胞、
