摘要：

<正>抑郁症是一种常见的心境障碍,其核心症状为情绪低落、思维迟缓、意志活动减退,还可能出现睡眠障碍、反复自杀念头等。其病因非常复杂,其与遗传、生物化学、社会心理文化等多种因素有关。1遗传因素既往的流行病学调查显示,家族中有抑郁症患者的人群患同类疾病的几率远高于普通人群,并且这一几率与抑郁症患者的血缘关系的亲疏有相关性,其血缘越亲近则患病率更高[1]。张玉琦等[2]在有自杀行为的抑郁症患者亲属患病率研究中发现,有自杀行为的抑郁患者I级亲属自杀行为发生率及抑郁症患病显著高于其Ⅱ、Ⅲ级亲属及无自杀行为抑郁症患者的I级亲属。Wasserman等[3]在抑郁症自杀男性患者中找到CRHR1基因,认为其会优先传递给男性。抑郁症的遗传方式,有学者提
