摘要：

维生素B12通常用来表示含钴离子的类咕啉类化合物,尤其是指钴胺素类化合物。它是一种重要的生物活性物质,广泛应用于医药和食品,它是哺乳动物的造血因子,可以用来治疗恶性贫血症,同时它也是许多微生物和动物的生长因子。该文综述了维生素B12的结构特征、生理作用及应用、生物合成途径、发酵生产以及菌株选育等研究进展。
