<正>认知是大脑接收处理外界信息从而能动地认识世界的过程。认知功能涉及记忆、注意、语言、执行、推理、计算和定向力等多种区域。认知障碍指上述区域中的一项或多项功能受损,它可以不同程度影响患者的社会功能和生活质量,严重时甚至导致患者死亡。神经系统退行性疾病、心脑血管疾病、营养代谢障碍、感染、外伤、肿瘤、药物滥用等多种原因均可导致认知功能障碍,认知障碍按严重程
