摘要：

目的探讨逆行肠内排列术预防术后粘连性小肠梗阻(ASBO)的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2001年12月至2008年12月间在南京军区南京总医院行肠内排列术的病人资料,统计肠内排列原因、方法、术后并发症及肠梗阻复发率。结果 239例病人接受逆行肠内排列术,排列管相关并发症发生率为0.8%。术后平均随访(78.6±25.3)个月,梗阻复发率为5.0%。结论逆行肠内排列术相关并发症发生率较低,是预防ASBO术后梗阻复发的有效措施。
