摘要
<正>癫痫是一种常见的神经系统功能紊乱,具有较高的发病率和死亡率,严重影响患者的身心健康和生活质量。但由于其发病机制尚未完全阐明,目前的治疗集中于对症治疗,难于进行对因治疗,因而治疗效果并不显著。癫痫一般是由脑损伤和其他相关因素所引起的,以神经元的反复放电为特征,可能是许多大脑病理性改变的共同终点,如肿瘤、感染、中风和机械性损伤;还可能由单基因突变和神经系统的先天发育不良等疾病所致,因而进行癫痫发病机制的探讨对于癫痫的治疗具有非常重要的意义。本文就癫痫发病机制相关
