摘要
IL-35是一种新发现的抑制性细胞因子,是EB病毒诱导基因3(EBI3)产物和IL-12的p35亚基形成的异二聚体。IL-35可由CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg)特异性产生,是Treg发挥抑制作用所必需的细胞因子。在体外,IL-35既可以扩增Treg的数量,又可以抑制CD4+CD25-效应性T细胞的增殖和Th17细胞的分化。在体内,IL-35能有效减轻胶原诱导关节炎(CIA)小鼠的症状。因此,深入研究IL-35的生物学功能和作用机制对寻找自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤新的治疗手段具有重要价值。
