国际学术话语权视角下的大学学科评价研究——以化学学科世界1387所大学为例

近年来,关于提升我国国际学术话语权的呼声越来越高。国际学术期刊编委掌控着国际学术话语权,在大学的学科建设中扮演着重要角色。本研究以国际学术期刊编委数量作为学科评价指标,选取化学学科396本SC I期刊中拥有编委的1387所大学作为评价对象,构建出一套国际学术话语权视角下的化学学科排名,并探讨了该排名的特点。研究发现:我国化学领域的名牌大学在拥有的国际期刊编委数量方面还与国外一流大学存在着一定差距;编委排名与大学学科综合排名、论文数量、总被引频次、h指数等科研产出指标均存在着积极显著的相关关系,但相关程度又各有不同。
