中国钢铁工业经济增长与能源消费响应关系研究

摘要
钢铁工业在国民经济中所处的重要地位不言而喻,然而钢铁工业的发展也往往伴随着极高的能源消耗。文章首先采用弹性脱钩模型探讨了中国1995~2014年钢铁工业能源消费和经济增长的响应关系,然后运用费雪(Fisher)分解法对钢铁工业能源消费的变化进行分解。研究结果表明,钢铁工业能源消费和行业经济发展的脱钩关系表现出波动→改善→稳定的变化特征,两者的脱钩状态在研究期内以弱脱钩为主;经济增长对钢铁工业能源消费起拉动作用,累积效应为11.054 3,能源强度对钢铁工业的能源消费起抑制作用,累积效应为0.338 5。要实现钢铁工业经济增长和能源消费的绝对脱钩,应推动技术进步,进一步降低能源消费强度,同时优化调整产能结构,提高钢铁工业的能源利用效率。
