SOFA评分与APACHEⅡ评分对百草枯中毒预后的研究

摘要：

目的比较SOFA评分与APACHEⅡ评分在百草枯中毒预后评估中的价值。方法回顾分析52例百草枯中毒患者的临床资料,比较SOFA评分与APACHEⅡ评分与病死率、并发症及辨别力的关系。结果 SOFA评分与APACHEⅡ评分具有显著一致性(P<0.01);死亡组两种评分都显著高于存活组(P<0.01);两种评分≥5时病死率均明显升高;两种评分不同值的并发症发生率均具有显著差异(P<0.01);SOFA评分、APACHEⅡ评分ROC曲线下面积分别为0.914±0.039和0.893±0.044。结论 SOFA评分与APACHEⅡ评分能够比较准确的评估百草枯中毒的严重程度及预后。
