摘要：

人力资本理论与劳动力迁移理论的主流观点认为教育能提升个人获取迁移信息与实施劳动迁移的能力,并促使高教育素质劳动力从低收入地区向高收入地区转移,形成教育投资收益的地区外溢效应。本文利用浙江、安徽和陕西三省农村住户调查数据,采用两分逻辑回归方法,在控制个人外出和本地就业的预期收入差异的条件下,着重就教育对当前农村劳动力流动决策的影响作用进行了实证研究。研究结果表明教育对农民外出就业机会的影响并不是线性的,而是非线性的;小学低层级教育具有促进农村劳动力向外流动的作用,而更高层级的教育则具有促进农村劳动力本地就业的作用。
