摘要：

膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)是一种最常见的膝关节相关的疾病,是一种影响软骨、软骨下骨、滑膜关节囊、滑液、韧带、半月板和肌肉等结构的以关节和关节软骨破坏为主的退行性疾病,是与年龄有关的关节病变,多发于中老年人。主要通过物理疗法、运动疗法、健康教育、药物治疗、自噬疗法、自体富含血小板血浆注射及手术治疗等改变这种关节及关节软骨退变。本文主要以KOA的非手术治疗展开综述。
