摘要
我国正处于快速发展的转型期,社会心理问题日益突出。尽管目前对慢性心理应激影响免疫的负面效应有了较清楚的认识,但对相关机制仍了解甚少,因而对其危害还缺乏有效的干预手段。近些年来,国内外的研究比较关注慢性心理应激影响免疫的分子基础、对免疫效应细胞的调控作用和对免疫调节细胞的调控作用,本文对相关进展进行简要综述。
