山羊乳作为婴幼儿配方粉乳原料的营养优势评估

摘要
通过对山羊乳、绵羊乳和牛乳与人乳的基本构成、蛋白质和脂肪酸组成、维生素和矿物质含量方面的比较,分析了4种乳汁营养成分的差别。结果表明,山羊乳蛋白质组成与人乳较接相对近,与绵羊乳和牛乳相比,具有脂肪易消化吸收、蛋白易消化低敏的特性,相比较而言,山羊乳更适合作为婴幼儿配方乳粉的乳原料。
