摘要：

提出了企业集群知识转移的关键影响因素,即知识特性、相互信任、激励机制和吸收能力.借助于SPSS15.0和Amos 7.0,采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析的方法,探讨了上述因素对企业集群知识转移的影响程度和大小,结果表明,知识特性对企业集群知识转移有显著的负面影响,相互信任、激励机制和吸收能力均对企业集群知识转移有显著的正面影响.
