摘要
肌肉减少症是与年龄相关的肌肉质量、力量和体能的下降。减缓或推迟其发生、发展的唯一途径就是运动营养干预。老年人的消化吸收功能减退,给膳食营养补充带来困难,而特殊营养品的使用成为必不可少的有效途径。本文主要针对防治老年肌少症的蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素D、钙、抗氧化剂、植物调理剂等营养品补充作详尽的阐述。
