摘要：

进入21世纪,公民科学素质测评出现国际新进展,主要体现在新的测评体系对经典米勒体系的替代。新的测评体系,本文称之为"新米勒体系",在指标维度、测评方法、表征方式等方面与经典米勒体系均有不同,而在国际普遍采用"难度系数"大为降低了的新米勒体系的情况下,中国目前仍继续采用经典米勒体系测评公民科学素质。本文详细阐述公民科学素质测评新进展,并以此为启示初步探讨新时代中国公民科学素质的测评指标。
