摘要
微量营养元素缺乏又称"隐性饥饿",已经成为全球最普遍的公共健康问题,尤其是对于发展中国家的妇女和学前儿童。锌是人体必需的微量营养元素,培育和推广富锌作物品种是减少贫困地区锌缺乏的有效手段,国际生物强化项目(Harvest Plus)在这一领域处于全球领导地位。介绍了Harvest Plus项目的发展历程,总结了国内外锌生物强化的最新进展,并结合CIMMYT开展小麦锌生物强化育种的实例,对育种中相关问题进行了探讨。
