摘要：

多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是临床常见难治性妇科疾病。近年来临床上PCOS的发病率逐渐上升。PCOS病因繁多,病理生理机制复杂,由此所表现出来的临床症状及生化特征已超出妇科内分泌范畴,不仅涉及月经、生育问题,还包括远期代谢并发症、甚至恶性肿瘤。所以,深入了解并掌握其病因、病理生理机制对PCOS的预防及诊治是关键。
