摘要：

药物支架置入术后再狭窄是目前冠心病介入治疗的难题和研究热点。由于药物支架再狭窄的机制和特点较裸支架有较大区别,因此关于其最佳治疗方式尚存争议。近年来一些大型研究的结果相继问世,为临床医生在再狭窄治疗时的策略选择提供了非常有价值的参考。现总结关于药物支架再狭窄的机制、重复支架置入术治疗再狭窄的地位、支架选择和评估手段方面的最新观点,以期指导临床实践和研究。
