苹果多酚对四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘要
目的:研究苹果多酚对四氯化碳造成的肝损伤的预防和保护作用。方法:采用四氯化碳制作ICR小鼠肝损伤模型,灌胃苹果多酚进行预防,检测血清肝功能主要指标白蛋白、胆碱酯酶、碱性磷酸酶、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶以及丙二醛和总抗氧化能力,探讨苹果多酚对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。结果:灌胃苹果多酚,尤其是200mg/kgbw/d剂量水平,可以抑制或减缓肝损伤,保护肝脏功能。结论:苹果多酚对肝脏及其功能有保护作用。
