摘要：

吞咽障碍是临床上多学科常见的症状,世界卫生组织已将其列入国际疾病分类第10版(International Classification of Diseases 10,ICD-10)及国际功能、残疾和健康分类(International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health,ICF)。一些发达国家都有相应的评估和治疗标准,但目前国内尚无统一标准,很多临床一线医务人员尚缺乏处理吞咽障碍的专业知识与技能。2013年7月在广州召开的"中国第三届吞咽障碍高峰论坛"上,吞咽障碍方面的与会专家对"中国吞咽障碍评估与治疗专家共识(草案)"进行了热烈讨论,会后又在不同的相关专业内广泛征求意见,并经多次专家书面修改。2013年10月国内核心专家再聚西安召开定稿会,达成了一致意见,现授权《中华物理医学与康复杂志》发表。
