质谱技术在临床微生物实验室中的应用前景

摘要
目前应用于临床微生物实验室的基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)是一种直接从完整细菌中获得蛋白指纹图谱,从而对细菌进行快速鉴定的方法,由于可以对常见细菌,诺卡菌、分枝杆菌、厌氧菌、酵母菌及丝状真菌进行快速和准确的鉴定,近年来备受推崇。该文对这次质谱专题刊登的1篇综述和4篇论著进行总结评价。相信随着相关研究的不断深入,这项技术在临床微生物实验室将有更广阔的应用空间。
