摘要：

产后出血迄今仍是导致孕产妇死亡的重要原因之一。笔者拟就产后出血的定义、病因、诊断和治疗,以及对《产后出血预防与处理指南(草案)(2009)及《产后出血预防与处理指南(2014年版)》进行详细解读,旨在指导妇产科临床医师对产后出血早期识别、早期诊断及积极处理产后出血,降低孕产妇死亡率。
