摘要：

<正>膝关节骨关节炎是骨科常见的中老年慢性退行性疾病,骨关节炎40岁人群的患病率为10%～17%,而60岁人群可达50%,75岁以上人群中则高达80%[1]。在合并膝内翻畸形的患者中更容易发生内侧间室磨损,从而发生膝关节内侧间室的骨关节炎,影响患者日常生活[2-3]。这种膝内翻的主要原因是胫骨侧的畸形。胫骨高位截骨术（high tibial osteotomy,HTO）是目前治疗膝关节内侧骨关节炎合并膝内翻畸形的可靠方法,
