长链非编码RNA在心血管疾病的研究进展

摘要
长链非编码RNA是没有编码蛋白质功能且转录本长度>200 nt的RNA,通过表观遗传、转录和转录后水平调节基因的表达。近年来,长链非编码RNA作为一个新的生物标志在心血管疾病的发生发展中越来越受到重视,但对其在心脏的发育及多种心血管疾病的调控作用仍未阐明。现从分类、调控机制及在心血管疾病中的研究进展进行综述,为长链非编码RNA的深入研究,临床心血管疾病的预防、治疗提供重要策略和潜在靶点。
