摘要：

目的探索PICC异位的原因与护理对策。方法通过回顾性分析,对25例PICC异位的发生部位、置管途径、处理方法及结果进行研究、总结。结果PICC异位与静脉选择、置管长度的外测量方法、患者局部血管解剖变异、穿刺时患者体位、操作者送管技巧等因素有关。结论为了减少PICC异位的发生,置管部位宜选择右上肢、贵要静脉;传统外测量方法与送管时患者体位有待改进;多数PICC异位可以通过各种方法纠正。
