摘要：

肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是功能性胃肠道疾病的一种,以腹痛或腹部不适伴排便习惯改变为特征,主要的临床表现为排便习惯改变(腹泻便秘)、粪便性状异常(稀便、粘液便硬结便)、腹痛及腹胀等症候群。本文对IBS的各种致病因素及其治疗药物的研究进展做一综述。
