摘要：

<正>人工全髋关节置换术作为一种重建髋关节功能的有效方法之一,能使患者的生活质量得到很大改善[1]。假体术后松动是引起髋关节置换失败的重要原因[2]。本文将介绍1例髋关节置换术后因假体松动而进行翻修手术的病例。患者,男,49岁,因"左侧全髋关节置换术后8年,疼痛伴活动受限1月余"入院。患者2007年9月因外伤导致左股骨颈骨折,在当地医院行骨折复位空心钉内固定术,术后左髋关节仍疼痛,行X线检查示左股骨
