摘要：

我国高等护理教育发展历史较短,诸多客观因素以及人们的传统观念影响护生的生涯自我效能。而生涯自我效能影响个体生涯目标的建立、职业选择、生涯行为的坚持性,并影响着个体的生涯绩效。本研究在分析生涯自我效能模式的基础上,探索理想的护士职业教育模式,从而提高护生生涯自我效能。
