职业是如何影响健康的?——基于2012年中国劳动力动态调查的实证研究

本文通过分析2012年中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS2012)数据,探讨了中国社会中不同职业群体之间的健康不平等问题。研究发现,不同职业群体在自评健康、工伤、职业病等方面均存在显著差异:低职业地位群体自评健康状况更差,发生工伤的可能性更高;高职业地位群体倾向于报告更多的职业病困扰,自评健康的职业差异在非国有/集体单位中尤为突出。利用KHB方法进行效应分解的结果显示,一系列具体的工作状况,包括加班劳动、工作环境和职业危害、工作要求和控制、工作获得感等,是职业影响健康的重要介导机制。
