摘要
木素是植物细胞壁的主要成分之一,是在草类或木材生长过程中形成的,木素与纤维素及半纤维素的结合具有机械支撑植物体的作用,并起防止病虫入侵的作用。用磁液蒸煮和酸沉淀是规模化分离木素的基本方法。在自然生态环境中,木素的降解是生物圈中碳循环的限速步骤,降解中间产物极其多样化,木素及其降解中间产物具有独特的生物学功能,从而使木素在工业以外的农林业中已有一定的应用。木素在生物体内的代谢正日益引起研究者的注意,预示木素在药物或代谢调节因子的作用方面有广泛的应用前景。
