踝关节NJF技术对踝关节肌力及静态平衡能力影响

摘要：

目的:研究踝关节的NJF技术对踝关节肌力及静态平衡能力的干预效果。方法:以苏州大学12名大学生为受试者,干预前的静态平衡能力及踝关节肌力为对照组数据,对受试者进行为期两周、每天一次的踝关节NJF技术干预,在干预后一天内和干预后一周分别进行一次静态平衡能力和踝关节肌力测试。结果:干预后一天内的运动长度、运动椭圆面积和踝关节屈肌肌力相较于干预前,有显著变化(P <0.01);干预后一周的屈肌最大肌力较干预前具有显著性差异(P <0.01)。结论:作用于踝关节的NJF技术对静态平衡能力和踝关节屈肌肌力的提高有长期效果,并且作用效果的持续时间具有个体差异性。
