班额对教师课堂教学行为的影响

摘要
班额研究从早期的"投入-产出"思路,转向系统论视角下的"投入-转化-产出"研究,教师课堂教学行为是重要的中介变量。本研究探索了班额变化改变教师内隐和外显的教学行为,进而影响学生学业成就的内在转化过程。文章指出班额调控是一个硬件和软件并重的系统工程,实现由局部地区"降低班额政策"到全面推行"小班教学精神"的转变,并有针对性地加强对教师的"小班教学精神"的指导和培训是下一阶段我国班额调控中需要关注的重点。
