摘要
柠檬烯是柑橘类水果精油的主要成分,由于其具有抑菌、抗癌等多种生理功能,被广泛应用于食品、药品等行业中。本文综述近些年关于柠檬烯安全性的研究,包括柠檬烯的毒理学评价、遗传毒性、细胞毒性及其对人、动物及环境的影响,以期为柠檬烯有效、安全利用提供参考。
