<正> 1993年Lin等从大鼠B49胶质细胞系中分离、纯化并成功克隆了一种新的神经营养因子即胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor,GDNF)。最初,因其对多巴胺能神经元具有特异性营养活性而被广泛重视。后来的研究发现,GDNF对胆碱能运动神经元也有强的活性[1]。此外,其对感觉神经元、交感神经元也有一定的作
