正常人100g、75g、50g葡萄糖耐量试验中血糖、胰岛素、C肽的比较

摘要：

本文将354名正常人以相似的年龄和性别分布分成100g、75g、50g葡萄糖耐量试验三组进行了观察。平均血糖值100g组仅在服糖后120分钟时明显高于75g组(P<0.05),而在30、60及120分钟,100g和75g组均明显高于50g组(P<0.05或0.01)。血清胰岛素值在服糖后30～180分钟各时相100g组均明显高于50g组(P<0.01);100g组同75g组比较,在30和60分钟时无明显差异,但在120和180分钟有明显差异。血清C肽值100g组在服糖后60、120和180分钟时明显高于75g和50g组(P<0.01),75g组在120分钟时也明显高于50g组(P<0.05)。根据本组观察结果,可考虑用75g法代替100g法作为常规的葡萄糖耐量试验。
