双手训练对偏瘫手分指动作的诱导作用

摘要
目的探讨双手训练在诱导脑卒中后偏瘫手分指动作中的作用。方法选取18例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为两组,分别进行分指动作的双手训练和单手训练,比较两种训练方法对诱导偏瘫手分指动作出现的时间、动作起动的延迟情况、动作的幅度以及对捏动作的时序和力量等指标的影响。结果双手训练组诱导出规定动作的时间明显早于单手训练组,拇指屈伸动作出现的时间分别平均为1.90 d和2.90 d,比单手训练组的4.00 d和5.00 d提前,食指屈伸动作出现的时间分别平均为2.80 d和5.00 d出现,比单手训练组的5.00 d和6.75 d提前,2组间中位数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而动作起动的延迟情况、动作幅度、动作时序及力量等2组比较,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。表明双手训练对偏瘫手分指动作的诱导,明显早于单手训练。结论双手训练作为一种康复策略可用于偏瘫手分指动作的早期诱导。
