<正>高盐饮食是高血压发病的重要危险因素,尤其对盐敏感者作用尤为突出,而我国人群60%为盐敏感性且大多有高钠低钾饮食的特点,开展限钠、补钾饮食在我国是一项重要的高血压防治措施和治疗基础。现就膳食中钠钾含量对血压及靶器官的影响做一综述。1我国居民高血压现状及膳食中钠钾比例2010年中国高血压防治指南指出〔1〕,过去50年进行的四
